The Munich-based tech provider digitizes the distribution logistics of Razor‘s affiliated Amazon merchants.
Munich, February 15, 2021 – everstox, developer and operator of the Logistics-as-a-Service platform of the same name, announces a new addition to its customer portfolio: the Razor Group. Through everstox and its connected network of qualified, independent logistics partners, Razor handles all logistics processes required for smooth product distribution via multi-channel sales channels including Amazon in target markets such as Germany and the UK, among others.
The Berlin-based consumer goods holding Razor specializes in acquiring Amazon FBA merchants and brands, and takes them to the next stage of development. The individual brands and businesses continue as part of the Razor Group and are expanded and further developed in a scaling manner. Many of the brands are distributed through FBA services, for which Amazon sets strict logistics guidelines. Razor can now easily ensure these high standards with the help of specialized logistics service providers from the everstox network. In addition to the high Amazon standards that are mandatory for pre-FBA handling, the everstox logistics platform also enables the complete multi-channel integration of all Razor sales channels, including direct sales of individual brands to end customers via Amazon (Fulfillment by Merchant, FBM) and the company’s own online stores.

As the UK has become its own market and customs region with the Brexit coming into effect, it is more economical for the Razor Group to set up a separate supply chain with local shipping and warehouse logistics. Thanks to everstox and its Europe-wide network, the Razor Group now has easy and fast access to already connected warehouses and logistics partners in the UK as well, enabling it to set up local supply chains flexibly and in line with demand.
