everstox technology shortens delivery times for GREENFORCE in the DACH region
The food brand GREENFORCE uses the everstox technology in order to digitize its multi-channel product distribution.
Munich, November 23, 2020 – everstox, developer and operator of Germany’s first API-based logistics platform of the same name, welcomes another customer: The Munich-based food brand GREENFORCE is optimizing its product distribution in the DACH region with the help of everstox’s logistics network and digitizes all fulfillment and logistics processes via the everstox platform.
The Munich start-up GREENFORCE sells high-quality vegan foods and has developed the first DYI plant-based meat. Thus, the vegan meat alternative does not need any cooling during transport. Therefore, GREENFORCE’s products are highly accessible for a direct-to-consumer distribution in the rapidly growing market for meat alternatives. The demand of GREENFORCE products shows a strong growth in the entire DACH region. This is why the company was looking for a logistics service provider who could take over the product distribution of D2C sales from the online shop as well as B2B deliveries to German retailers and wholesalers.
GREENFORCE has found the right solution with everstox and is now handling automized product shipping and order processing via the everstox platform. Any customer orders from the online shop (Shopify) and the ERP system (Xentral) are fulfilled with professional logistics services from the everstox network and transmitted via a single interface. The everstox technology ensures seamless real-time data exchange between all order and inventory data from GREENFORCE and the warehouse management systems (WMS) of the independent logistics partner. With its Europe-wide network, everstox paves the way for GREENFORCE for a cross-border expansion into new sales markets.
everstox provides Greenforce with a dashboard that bundles and processes all relevant information for the control and traceability of order, inventory and fulfillment operations. GREENFORCE can digitize a large part of its manual and operational activities via the platform and use clever logistics functions to manage and control orders, stocks and demand planning in real-time. This ensures that the processing time for order fulfillment is reduced and out-of-stock bottlenecks are avoided. Thanks to everstox, GREENFORCE can now sustainably optimize its cost structure and improve customer satisfaction through faster product shipping.
“As a digital-first company, it was important to us to be able to control our rapid growth flexibly and scalably with the help of the everstox logistics tools”, explains Hannes-Benjamin Schmitz, Managing Director of GREENFORCE. “With everstox, we have a professional partner by our side who gives us access to best-in-class logistics. We benefit from systems that can be seamlessly integrated and can offer our customers the best possible service”.
