Founded in 2019, we started with a clear goal: build logistics infrastructure that scales without falling apart, and do it in a way that respects the people running it. That mindset still shapes how we build products, work with customers, and collaborate internally.
Our headquarters are in Munich, where product, operations, engineering, and commercial teams work closely together, on-site and remotely.

The people behind everstox.
everstox is built by people who like solving hard problems and stay engaged when things become challenging.
Johannes drives everstox’s growth and works closely with merchants and logistics partners to turn operational complexity into scalable setups. Before founding everstox, he worked as a consultant at BCG and previously founded and bootstrapped space-y, a startup focused on modern workspaces.
Boris focuses on strategy, structure, and building the right teams to move everstox forward. Prior to everstox, he worked as a consultant for VC-backed scale-ups across multiple industries and spent several years at BCG in Corporate Development.
Felix leads our product and engineering teams and is responsible for building the everstox platform. Before everstox, he worked as CPO at Delivery Hero Germany and managed multiple eCommerce technology platforms as CTO at Rocket Internet Ventures.
They are supported by a cross-functional team that works closely across product, engineering, operations, customer success, and partnerships.
