The Munich-based logistics experts digitize, optimize and scale Kolonne Null’s challenging product distribution.
Munich, March 15, 2021 –everstox, fulfillment provider and developer and operator of the Logistics-as-a-Service platform, is pleased to announce another customer from the food & beverage industry: Kolonne Null is now handling the challenging distribution of its premium non-alcoholic wines across Europe using everstox’s cloud software and logistics network.
The Berlin-based start-up Kolonne Null exclusively offers non-alcoholic wines and sparkling wines. The high-quality products serve an ever-growing consumer need and provide the wine producer with a steadily increasing demand. In addition to expanding its B2B business in the DACH region, the wine producer is currently planning to expand its international online and offline sales in the D2C sector. The biggest challenge here is the logistics setup, which must ensure the safe, international shipping and transport of the fragile, heavy glass bottles. It is also necessary to take into account the consumer expectations of fast delivery times – especially in online retail – as well as special customer requests for deliveries (e.g. special carrier or packing station).
With everstox, Kolonne Null has now found the perfect partner to conveniently implement these requirements with the help of its powerful cloud software and Europe-wide network of qualified logistics partners. From now on, the wine producer will handle both B2B fulfillment for orders from wine shops and direct orders from its end customers from the online store, including international shipping, via everstox. Kolonne Null benefits not only from easy access to qualified logistics providers from the Europe-wide everstox network, but also from the automation of its logistics processes and transparency in day-to-day operations. All order and warehouse information is available to Kolonne Null in the logistics management dashboard of the everstox platform. Tracking and tracing of orders and service level agreements is just as possible as direct controls for restocking inventory levels or setting up automatic alerts to prevent delivery bottlenecks.
In addition, strategically important sales channels, such as Amazon, can be easily connected to the everstox dashboard. For Kolonne Null’s day-to-day business, this means automated real-time data exchange between its trading systems and the warehouse management systems of independent logistics partners from the everstox network.
