Waybill
What is a waybill?
A waybill is a shipping document issued by a carrier that includes key details about a shipment – such as sender and recipient information, tracking number, contents, weight, and delivery instructions.
Waybills in eCommerce
In eCommerce, the waybill is essential for ensuring proper transport, customs clearance (for international shipping), and shipment tracking. It accompanies the parcel throughout the entire delivery process. With everstox, waybill data is automatically generated and synced with the carrier – enabling error-free logistics, real-time tracking, and scalable international fulfillment.
Example of a waybill
A customer order is packed and labeled. The waybill is generated by the everstox software, digitally transferred to the carrier, and attached to the shipment – ready for pickup and tracking.
